What information may we collect?
Cover Problems does not currently contain an account system or an on-site insurance proposal form. Depending on how you use the site, we may nevertheless handle limited information such as:

- information you choose to provide if you contact Prudent Plus Limited by post, email, telephone or another contact method made available on the site;

- limited referral information associated with an outbound comparison link, where needed to identify that a visitor came from this website.
We do not ask you to submit payment-card details or complete a full insurance application on Cover Problems.

Prudent Plus Limited is an introducer appointed representative of Seopa Ltd. Seopa Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN 313860. Cover Problems does not receive the full insurance application you submit on Quotezone merely because you followed a comparison link from this site.
Who may receive your information?
Limited personal information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
- website hosting, security, IT or professional service providers acting for us;
- Seopa Ltd where required to operate or account for a referral or introduction;
- regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies or public authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law;
